Unlock the Power of Team Collaboration with RivalFlow's Unlimited Invites

Collaboration is a game-changer for any team, and with RivalFlow’s unlimited team invites, you can bring everyone on board without worrying about extra costs. Whether you’re running an agency or working with a small in-house team, this feature makes it easy for everyone to jump in, work together, and deliver more value to your business and your clients. It’s all about making teamwork simple and effective.

Unlimited Team Invites: Collaboration Made Easy

Unlike SpyFu, where we’ve always worked under an “all you can eat” model, RivalFlow is designed to enable seamless collaboration across entire teams. That’s why we’ve rolled out free, unlimited team invites for this tool. Whether you’re an agency or an in-house team, you can invite everyone—your entire staff—into the RivalFlow workspace at no additional cost.

How It Works

Inviting teammates is simple:

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings>Team section.
  2. Enter the email addresses of your team members.
  3. Set roles as needed—admins can manage upgrades and additional settings if enabled.
  4. Hit Invite and you’re all set!

You can invite as many people as you need, manage their roles, and ensure everyone has access to collaborate on projects efficiently.

Why RivalFlow Stands Alone

Some of you might wonder why we didn’t just integrate RivalFlow into SpyFu, given that both tools are built by the same team. The answer lies in how RivalFlow is structured. We wanted to create a tool where collaboration scales naturally, without penalizing growth. Agencies, for instance, need their whole team to be involved in serving clients without worrying about extra costs for user seats.

Instead, RivalFlow’s cost structure focuses on what truly adds value—like AI-powered recommendations and writing projects—while team invites remain completely free.
