RivalFlow’s Agency Pricing Model to Match Your Needs

We knew when we launched RivalFlow that we wanted to develop an agency pricing model that was both self-serve and made sense to businesses of all sizes.  I’m here to break it all down for you.

How this Pricing Model Came About

When we first launched RivalFlow, our agency pricing plan fell into one of my personal pet peeves: the dreaded “Contact Us” approach. You’d click on the pricing page, and it connect you to my calendar so we could talk. It was far from ideal with one exception. It gave me a chance to have one-on-one conversations and understand your needs—like how agencies operate in bursts or require flexibility with clients.

We’ve learned a lot from those discussions, and the result is a pricing model designed to help agencies deliver high-quality results for their clients while staying agile and efficient.

How Agency Pricing Works

Our agency pricing model is simple and scalable:

  1. Base Plan
    • Starts at $149/month (or $129/month if billed annually).
    • Includes five client sites and 100 writing projects (the core RivalFlow recommendations).
  2. Add-On Flexibility
    • Add more client sites for $10 per site/month.
    • Increase your total writing projects in increments of 20 for $1 each. (These are shared across all of your sites.)
  3. You're Never Locked In
    • You can add or remove client sites and writing projects directly in your account—self-serve, no hassle.
    • Upgrade or downgrade any part of your plan as needed.
  4. Risk-Free Trial
    • A 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee make it easy to test the platform without commitment.

RivalFlow Plans are Easy to Manage

  • Transparency: Pricing is straightforward, with no hidden fees or lock-ins.
  • Flexibility: Scale up or down based on your agency’s current workload.
  • Ease of Use: Manage your plan directly through your account settings.

You can make direct account changes by logging in and opening "Plan" in your account settings. This level of control ensures you can respond to your clients’ needs without overcommitting or underdelivering.
